Dear clients! Please observe these terms so our work together is as pleasant and effective as possible.

Online sessions and digital materials

1. Access to any digital materials is sent to the client's email after payment is confirmed.
2. We cannot guarantee that emails with access do not land in spam or other folders.
3. Access to online materials is not lifetime unless stated otherwise.
4. Detailed information about access duration is provided for each program.
5. Sharing access codes with others is prohibited and is treated as an intellectual property violation that may lead to legal action.

Refunds

1. We do not refund purchased digital lectures, courses or sessions.
2. If you are not satisfied with the content or format, please contact us at hello@resonatekit.com with your feedback.
3. We value client feedback to improve quality.

In-person sessions and workshops

1. We do not refund in-person workshops and lectures.
2. Substituting a participant is allowed with at least 7 days' notice.
3. Rescheduling a session is possible with at least 2 days' notice.
4. Please arrive on time and respect the other participants in the group.
5. Phones should be on silent during sessions.
6. Photography and video during workshops must be agreed with the coach.

The content and structure of this website are protected by copyright.

All information, design and content — including the logo, graphic marks, images, video, audio materials and texts — are the property of ResonateKit (SIA Runas Skola) and are protected by applicable law.

Prohibited use

Re-filming, photographing, distributing, copying or otherwise reproducing video materials without written permission is prohibited.

Copying any course materials without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

Any reproduction of the content named in these terms without permission is prohibited. Violators are liable under applicable law according to the nature and consequences of the violation.
